Singapore Halal Culinary Federation (SHCF) is a registered society geared towards the objectives of sustainable application and growth, managed by an Executive Committee of volunteers that makes up with Halal Chefs and F&B professionals with a purpose to educate the culinary world on the dynamism of Halal food.
